I really enjoyed the pictures. This book has more pictures with children in them than book 1 or two. I wish the author had added captions so that I could understand either what was happening in the picture or why the author took the pictures. Still the pictures are nice.

Really enjoyed the pictures but wish there were captions when applicable. None on any of the pics. It would have been nice to understand the circumstances or exact locations or story of some of the landscapes.
Glimpses into ways of life that persisted for centuries, now gone forever. Beautiful but obviously full of hardships and hunger.
The pictures were interesting to view. I would have liked a few words to explain what I was looking at. Also I viewed them using my fire 7. I couldn't get the pictures to auto rotate when I changed to landscape so I could see a little larger view for better details. I also increased the brightness on my and that helped a little even though it made me feel a little like I was watching a slide show.
